I voted agnostic.
Because our concepts of existence and nonexistence arise through afflicted dependent origination, with the reversal of that same dependent origination there is a cessation of those concepts. So it seems quite naive that we would use them to speculate about nibbana.

I think it's important as a Buddhist to think about one's participation in the suffering of other beings, but I find that being vegetarian is often a convenient excuse to hold oneself above others, and to completely ignore all the other myriad ways in which modern first-worlders contribute to death...
