The holiest place in Sikhism. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Harmandir_Sahib

The gold plating and reflective waters give it some serious bling.

Many Sikh Gurdwaras have Langar or common kitchen where food is served to all.

Any one who visits the Golden Temple (Sri Harmandir Sahib) can have a free meal at Guru-Ka-Langar. The tradition was started by founder of Sikhism, Guru Nanak. At Guru-Ka-Langar they serve food to 100,000 daily. Just look at the vats of lentil curry at 2:35 !! Each is enough to feed a few hundred, I guess. The menu is simple -- roti, lentil curry and halwa or kheer.

Sat Sri Akal (Sikh greeting, Sat = truth, Sri = great, Akaal = Timeless Being)

What is the foundation of Sikhism?
Is it a hybrid of Hinduism and Islam?

Nopes.

It is a simple monotheistic religion which asks you to work hard, pray to God, be merry. God is nirankar, akaal, and alakh (shapeless, timeless, and sightless). They believe in reincarnation. Escape from cycle of birth and death is achieved by being virtuous and meditating on God.

Sikhs are not allowed to smoke or drink but they do imbibe alcohol.

Then how the founder of Sikhism come to the conclusion that there is only one God?
One God is an Abrahamic idea.
Isn't this one God Brhaman?
