These 60 or so verses inspire & encourage one to recite, read, write and practice these vows as suggested by Samantabhadra Bodhisatva. His name means Universal Goodness. Many other translations, some with commentaries, are available online and in print.

Re: Aspiration to Universal Goodness
A couple of sample verses:
Let as many worlds as there are in all the ten directions
Transform into realms that are vast and utterly pure,
Filled with buddhas who have sat before the mighty bodhi tree,
Around them all their bodhisattva sons and daughters!
Let as many sentient beings as there are in all the ten directions
Live always and forever in happiness and health!
Let all beings meet the dharma
That befits them best! And so may all they hope for be fulfilled!

Re: Aspiration to Universal Goodness
These verses come from the final chapter of the Avatamsaka Sutra:
Whatever negative actions I have performed
With body, speech, and also mind
Overpowered by desire, aggression, and stupidity
I confess each and every one of them.
I rejoice in everyone's merit
The victorious ones of the ten directions, the bodhisattvas,
The pratyekabuddhas, those in training,
Those beyond training, and all beings.
I request the protectors,
The lamps of the worlds of the ten directions,
Who, passing through the stages of awakening, attained buddhahood beyond attachment,
To turn the unsurpassable dharma wheel.
I supplicate with my palms joined together
Those who intend to demonstrate nirvana
To remain for kalpas as numerous as atoms in the realms
For the welfare and happiness of all beings.
Re: Aspiration to Universal Goodness
Here is another good translation of the vows that bodhisattvas or aspiring bodhisattvas embrace:
A true mind and true intent bring truth within truth. True practice and true cultivation take the truth beyond truth. True behavior and true conduct add truth to truth. In everything and every way, be true, true, true. Master Hua
